Casa Marlin Azul

You are looking at the property of Steve Wiberg and Don Barry. This is one of the choicest locations on the East Cape. To the north, you have a view of Buena Vista and Los Barilles, and in the distance, you can see Punta Pescadero. Off to the northeast, you can see the outline of Isla Cerralvo, a National Park. To the south, you have La Ribera and Cabo Pulmo, which is the only coral reef in the northern hemisphere of the Pacific. To the east you can see the sun rise over the Mar de Cortez. To the West, you see the beautiful desert of Baja Sur, and the mesa we call "flattop" which is within walking distance!

By mid 2008, a 4 bedroom house with a pool, patio, and cocktail deck (for watching the sun set, while sipping a Pacifico con limon), will be built on this lot and AVAILABLE for you to rent for you and your family or friends. We plan to have the home built with two bedrooms on either side, (allowing two families at once, if you choose), and a greatroom and patio in the center, with views of the water and the mountains depending on your vantage point.

From this house, you will be able to drive or walk a short distance North, to Rancho Leonaro, a local fishing resort that also has a great restaurant. If you drive a short distance to the south, you end up in the town of La Ribera, the home of Victor Garcilia, our partner and "El Capitan" of the Victoria fishing boat.

When our home is built, you will be able to rent it, enjoy transportation from the airport in our air conditioned Chevrolet Suburban, and book your fishing on the Victoria!, our super panga.

Late in 2007, we will announce the estimated completion date of Casa Marlin Azul, and we will begin to accept reservations.
