Construction has begun on our 4 bedroom house with a pool, patio, and cocktail deck (for watching the sun set, while sipping a Pacifico con limon).  By late 2011, this home will be AVAILABLE for you to rent for you and your family or friends. We have designed the home to  accommodate two families of 5, with a great room and patio in the center, with views of the water and the mountains depending on your vantage point.

From this house, you will be able to drive or walk a short distance North, to Rancho Leonaro, a local fishing resort that also has a great restaurant. If you drive a short distance to the south, you end up in the town of La Rivera, the home of Victor, our partner and "El Capitan" of the Victoria fishing boat.

When our home is built, you will be able to rent it, enjoy a full "package stay" including transportation, fishing, and accommodations!  We'll even stock your refrigerator before you arrive, and Victor's family can cook and clean for you, if you prefer!
